Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

1. Orders placed before 6:00 am will be delivered between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm on the same day.

2. Any orders placed between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm will be delivered the following business day between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.

3. Our current delivery area includes GTA only (We will be expanding our boundaries in the near future)

Return & Exchange Policy

1. You must notify ON Thyme Foods immediately if you decide to change/Add to your order, preferably by phone.. 

           a) For orders placed before 6:00 am, you must notify us before 9:00 am in order for any possibility of processing the change.

           b) For orders placed after 6:00 am, you must notify us of the changes before 6:00 am the following business day.

2. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, you can call us at 647-448-4963 and choose to return the item for a full refund or get the correct item delivered to you the following business day. Please give us a call to discuss any inconvenience.
